Why is it hard to practice mindfulness?

No matter how much you advance in mindfulness meditation, still, you’ll face difficulties in mindfulness practice.

but why? and what is the reasons makes mindfulness hard to practice even for advanced meditators.

Trying different practices at one time. practicing a different kind of exercise is a life doing different work every time without exactly knowing or mastering single technique

Your exercise should not changes for a long period of time until you master that once but you also need some avoidable mistakes that every beginner makes

Your awareness exercise should not block your emotions or experiences–your mind is too sensitive, it is not able to differentiate between what is real or real. When you practice awareness without instructing the mind, you teach your brain to differentiate between them.

The most common problem every beginner makes, not listening to herself and practicing what’s working for others. Practicing mindfulness without caring for yourself and one day you’ll quiet it.

No matter how much people say you practice this, practice that, if your body does not feel comfortable you never gotta master that technique. But remember I am not saying you don’t have to choose uncomfortable exercises.

Your body is the best teacher. listen to your body and it will easily differentiate the best meditation according to your body. if anything goes wrong it provides a noticeable signal that you are doing something wrong.

Listening to the body is not as difficult as you think. You need to avoid early notice yourself when you are practicing mindfulness every day.

#03. Combining your identity with thoughts

Why are thoughts painful?

According to scientific theory, every human being has 50,000 hours per day, fact: 95% of thoughts are negative or useless.

Here is the catch:

Thoughts are never defined as positive or negative. It’s us, who differentiate good feelings as positive and bad as negative.

Overall in 50000 thoughts, only 5% are positive. It’s looking almost nothing, right! (But this is the fact). and because our mind could not able to identify valuable thoughts or useless ones, it tries to connect you with everyone; no matter, its imagination or past experiences

our mind takes every thought as a real and connects our emotions, let’s say you are sitting on your studying chair, reading books. Suddenly your mind wanders: someone has put a gun on your forehead and shoots…

Now you realize, it’s your imagination because you are reading your book

How to relieve painful thoughts?

Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent yourself from such horrifying thoughts but you can develop our nest to understand thoughts clearly

#04. Asymmetrical mindfulness practice

Why do beginners meditate equipped with mindfulness?

If you are a beginner practitioner, you are definitely concerned about why people leave mindfulness.

“One of the major reasons behind quitting mindfulness is an irregularity in practice.” You practice when you are frustrated or tired.

Most of the time beginners think if they Don’t practice only for a day it doesn’t matter, they quit! After that, they again start practicing and again quite

if you are a beginner it’s highly recommended to practice mindfulness every day it’s the basic rule that every meditator follows to practice minimum 20 to 30 minutes per day

Often baby beginners confused about time for practicing mindfulness

Basically, mindfulness has a rule for timing but it’s suggested to practice in the morning because our mind remains quieter and relax in the morning compared to day time.

#05. Consulting with a meditation teacher

Is it important to take mindfulness guides?

well it isn’t it important to join mindfulness classes you can teach yourself mindfulness practice in various ways such as reading books articles blogs for YouTube videos

But if you join mindful membership it comes more sophisticated for you because practicing with a teacher would help not to go in the wrong direction.

There are enough people in the world who had to learn mindfulness threw themselves and became more sophisticated and mindfulness or even many of them became teachers.they had practiced mindfulness meditation daily which will encourage them to stay consistent with their practice

by reading for following those people not only motivate you but also give you the right direction and you can also learn through their mistakes

#06. Interest in mindfulness

One mistake that most beginners make, or makes the mindfulness hard to practice

Having no interest in mindfulness.

Most people come to mindfulness because of its tremendous benefit in life. They practice for 2 to 3 weeks and disappoint–why are we not receiving any benefits?

Usually, people came to mindfulness just Sake of benefits and when they thought it was not benefiting them they became disappointed

And that try different things like–yoga meditation mindfulness pranayama also

But they hardly notice any benefit from all of them. Reason?

because they are not consistent with one practice their practices new techniques posture now when they realize this is not working for them

Either they quite mindfulness or join classes

But here only have to understand every practice technique has its own benefit if they are not consistent with one thing they hardly get benefited

#07. Wrong understanding of mindfulness

If you don’t have mindfulness membership for any classes of accumulating Chun li wrong information will increases which directly impact your daily practices as well as your health

What’s wrong information about mindfulness?

most of the people still don’t have correct information about mindfulness if they are your friend relative chances of getting advised by them will increase and if you are a beginner there is a high probability you to the wrong direction

But not only people give your wrong advice but of course, the internet also had filled with such a wrong kind of information which only try to deceiving everyone

now if you are a beginner or want to master mindfulness without classes it’s important to be aware of misleading information

 you have to understand your weakness and find why mindfulness is becoming hard practice for you
