Yes, I’m talking about what you’re looking for, here or there till now. Don’t you think you need to be realistic, at least here?
Because honestly, there should be no way out there, you can be mindful without practicing meditation actually.
Certainly, meditation practice is essential. But, if you’re planning to be mindful without meditation. Honestly, look for jenuine practice which will work for you.
Even though, options to meditation are in myriads. And you can practice all of them.
But the thing is…
Although, it happens to most of the people, on an onset, when they’re about to decide whichever practice they should be making. unfortunately, they end up choosing misleading ones. Bad practices !
Here’s why ?
Mostly, they’re beginners who have just begun practicing. Meditation is hard, it won’t show any result unless you’re consistently practicing it. And there’s how they allure to without meditation practice, which says it is beneficial as any mindfulness has.
Is it right to practice ?
See, few works excellently but in a meantime, almost all without meditation practice are gambling your energy. In order to prevent this, choose carefully of what you’re going to make.

What to look in without meditation practice
Practice itself is nonsense
While most meditation and mindfulness practice comes with a clear and concise purpose, if a person acknowledges this as practice it is just that. But if someone extends her perspective and tries to see the hidden things he gets to know the reality.
The purpose should be clear, like if you are trying to be mindful without meditation, look for genuinity in practice. When the practice makes sense to you, you’re on the right track.
People don’t know it
The absolute sign of genuinity would be, thousands of people have faith in that, it’s real. Well this provides a great opportunity to liquefy things from the deepest sea level.
Hence, valuing the perspectives of people, carefully choose if what people believe is really worthwhile or something you didn’t look for. Without meditation like practice is considered to be unknown for most people. So, having insights is required.
Practiced but nothing happens
It’s been said, results take time to appear. But how much? No one knows! Although you can’t certainly have any experience yet, dedication is required for any practice to work. Meanwhile your work ethic defines the level of accomplishments you have in life.
So, in order to retake what I said, well simply put off work to find the worthiness of practice

Like newbies often have the sense to do most intricate things in an easy way. Hence, they’re all in a quest like without meditation practice stuff. Because they ought experiences as advanced meditators have.
Unfortunately, this will lead to a huge misunderstanding that without meditation practice is associated with real mindfulness. Ironically, this could be possible only if the practice is worthwhile, otherwise, don’t expect that it will work for you.
Benefits are not coming
Why would it benefit you? Without meditation like practice or let’s say any uncertain practice, literally, has no reason to be beneficial. But if you’d practiced, then it would reflect according to your practice.
Having said that, sometimes practicing without meditation like things has no intentions to benefit you.While the benefits are the outermost things why people are being possessed with meditating. So, if you’re choosing without meditation practice then be careful by the time.
#08 Without meditation but awareness practice you can make
With the whole purpose of meditation, keeping in mind, I’ll take you to the mindful journey of meditation. Here, all the practices somehow connected to our lives. So, it’s compliance to accommodate this practice adequately.
Breathing
Breathing however is recognised as the first level of awareness. And by that you must need to integrate it utterly, then the empty state of mind or realisation will occur.
Breathing starts, when the onset of contractions happens on inhalation ( air flowing through noisetral ) within the lungs.
But the real magic happens, when consciously you’re advocating the whole process. Each time when the breath moves through noisetral you know it was arriving.
This happens when you become aware of your breath. All concerns will swipt away, you become conscious, everything seems under control. The best thing is present full awareness, you’ll be receiving, by practicing consistently.
Walking
Even though meditation and walking seem entirely different. One is completely about moving the physical body. On the contrary, meditation needs to sit peacefully in a place.
When practiced walking meditation consistently, even if it’s just 5 minutes. The practice will be worth more than doing without meditation like things. Consequently, real awareness happens.
Mindful Eating
Well, I’m sure, it wasn’t pronounced as if you’re strictly on a routine diet. Pretty much right ! And before you start spilling the plate inside your stomach, don’t worry we’re not going to cut off your plate.
One thing we should be definitely doing, eating each bite as if you’re the only king to this small plate kingdom. wow! Right now, whenever you start feeding your hungry stomach, look precisely, could you see the crushing of this savoury food breaking into small pieces like tiny particles, just inside your mouth cave.
Another thing, you are chewing your nutritional packets, don’t you think you can certainly make it more testy just by enjoying a few more times then swilling it after you munched each of these crispy bites with your teeths and tongues.
showering
Is it cold? Take your body and place it where the water is raining just above your head. Don’t start squashing unless there’s no one listening to your beautiful song, you will appreciate this letter for not doing.
This technique is called full body scanning, makes it easy for water to scan your body as your senses are booming thousands miles per hour. Your body parts get detached as the water splashed itself on your body.
Be sure that nothing is hidden, when you are ready to leave, don’t put the showering on, raining without you. Grab the towel and gradually move through your body, and make yourself dry completely.
Dancing
No… you shouldn’t be next mical Jackson any more. Okay! But as dance, check out yourself enough time like your teacher checks answer copies. And don’t forget to give marks because that will define whether you’re doing or wondering somewhere else.
Don’t stop, if you find your hands and feets are flowing in the air, either, you can help yourself making these steps more precise, and dance with them.
This will result after you complete dancing: fatigued but more conscious, sweaty but more sharp minded, drowsy but more relaxed.
Listening
No, we shouldn’t be listening to meditation music. Remember that we’re practicing without meditation, so our purpose is to get full out of without meditation like practice or to achieve the level of awareness often Meditation addresses as a mindfulness state.
How do we get that ? Remember, to completely shut off both of your lights, while you practice. Hold onto some breathings as I’ve explicitly described earlier. Focus onto one single sound, you see, both ears were trying to recognise. Does it seem familiar? Tell yourself from where it is arriving ?
Now, if you’ve recognised, move onto another and try to make guesses, literally you can follow your senses to see if you’ve correctly figured it or not. Don’t get upset, if you guessed wrong as it was only the practice, practice makes perfect.
Cooking
That crispy munching watering me! Although, I enjoy eating over cooking. This will be best for cook lovers, as they love to add different flavours to the same food, you can engage all your senses to stay in present – smell ingredients on your forth, test to eat if it’s yummy, but stay away if you pick it zesty.
Now if you cook food that everyone loves, you will get adoring fans. But if you didn’t find cooking as exciting as I do move onto mindful eating, I’m sure you definitely love that.
Let me revise what we’ve just learned : cooking is an art. Cooking is everything. Cooking feeds your empty stomach. Cooking makes you aware. So, cooking, cooking… cooking !
Hence, as I’d said there aren’t singles without meditation practices, but in myriads. Few easier one if you love to try.
mindful break
Although, time limits are important, here just make sure you’re getting it enough for yourself. You and your body both are working hard, and this wasn’t not the problem, recovering the energy can only happen when you rest after a great hard work. Take a 5 minutes break if you find yourself resisting.
mindful yoga
What I know about yoga is the practice which will make you physically or mentally healthy. See what looks best for you, if you love persisting on asanas, that’s great ! If not, then breathing practice will take you where you want to go.
Follow your interest
I found it when I was a kid. That’s meditation. From the childhood age I was literally engaged with meditation and enjoyed meditating most. Following our interest is good, but loving what we’re doing, no matter what it is, is the ultimate thing.
Note on dairy
Taking things done on a paper, well, it is said that writing the hardest truth console the suffering. One great way to resist it, is to NOT resist it actually. When you write something on a paper, you find, it’s not a matter of concern. So with this free mind apparently you get present full awareness without meditation.
Getting out of the head
This wasn’t the new saying. Okay! Probably the best start you can think is how not to let yourself think ahead, and just stay in the present moment. What’s more is that you can’t certainly make your head shut off completely until there’s no mind like thing. Fortunately, it’s possible to enjoy a thoughtless state of mind, but you need to practice enough to emerge from the thought full state of mind.

Practicing mindfulness without meditation is not the problem but certainly you need to accompany meditation letters. Fortunately, there are enough mindfulness practices which don’t involve meditation, so you can do it without meditation.
