Always, there’s is bit of discrimination being held in every individuals mind, about the concept of yoga and meditaion. And the result, the “and ” has been replaced with “VS”, which now looks like yoga vs meditation. Not good!
People may want it separately, once at a time, either they practice yoga or they simply start meditating. Which typically happens often, but they’re also not sure about their practice- which is better yoga and meditation?
And the worst part – if they simply begin choosing both the practice considering if this will free onto whatever is holding them back in life. But oftentimes that’s not what happens at all. So, whatever you choose, choose carefully upon which is better yoga or meditation?
You must be wandering, but how may I decide, which one to choose or which not? Well, don’t worry about that. For the sake of choosing, I will break this down – the relationship between yoga and meditation to help you decide literally where to go or not…
let’s do that
Breaking relationship between yoga and meditation
Most people are busy in the to-do of life. When I say busy it doesn’t mean anything to them because no one would actually care what’s going in their life or their surroundings.
When they get a sense of how much of difficulties they’re going through and experiencing overwhelmingly of life. They move in the quest of peace, deep calm and relaxation, which all meditation and yoga is all about.
Normally they associate like this- either we do meditation or yoga separately, well, I know it’s a bit time consuming. So, they’re likely to probe the best one without compromising their comfort and inclination to figure out a well suited exercise. Like you…
Putting things into comparison paddle
I believe you already know that meditation, the term which literally means enhancing and establishing the mental aspect of the human mind apart from physicality or with least involvement of bodily movement, work peculiarly to ease the impatient mind. One the other hand yoga; Yoga means Union- it unites the physical body which we refer to as “I” or “Me” to the inner divine who is free from the physical nature of life.
You’re not the same person, right!
you are…
when we say Yoga VS meditation, we literally off track ourself from the intuitive fact that they both are the same. But here we see, indeed, of being practiced for thousands of years, back then. primmerly, these two practices are considered as the way for inner-insight ,self realization or the mastery of oneself.
But today mostly the focus of such contemplative exercise is to remove any agitaing experience from the mind. Which is quite happening everywhere in the whole world.
and that is not the problem
Now we’ve arrived at the time where periodically being asked for the refined version of things. In that doing something dividely isn’t the big thing at all. However for a quiet moment, if we get supposed to that big idea that doing will be substantially helpful, No big deal!
And it actually works, for me, for you, and for everyone in the world.
But here’s the things…
Well, this is quite discouraging to say that being enrolled for such practice, when you already know this can get you into trouble, is not a good thing. In fact it is the most unwitting decision one would make. Here’s the only things that precisely help you navigate in your way of finding things in the milestone of the skeptic world.
And that is..
Your life inclations
You must know about that, for now, if you ask me What kind of life we need to aspire- the answer is simple- Be Alive, Stay Vibrant because ultimately we all die one day, no matter how healthy and fit you are. There was no one born here to be mortal, you’ve to go where you’ve come. Right!
And now to decide between yoga and meditation which is better- be honest to yourself and ask, what is it that you truly need? What is it that you want to whisper into your ear every single day? Take some time now to ask “what is that you want” and perhaps that is the reason behind actually why you’re starting such practice or exercising
I know you get the point, Honestly I would like to say, this wasn’t the actual question that you’d asked about meditation and yoga which is better. In short, to some extent you are afraid, afraid about consequences that your mind will create in advance for the results that are actually not in your control nor someone else. The only thing is you should do it. And the simplest solution is look inside both, find what it has to offer and why you need to incorporate this into your life. If that gives what you’ve aspired to, then simply go for it.
