no one wants to tolerate work-related stress or burnout in life. but at the same time, they are  looking for more productivity and motivation so you can pursue your goal and dreams 

everyone works hard to fulfill their own need and their family, therefore, no one being ready easily to take the job that brings mental illness in life but it’s our need that compels us  to take that job


Problems that you are facing in work-place

Burnout:-

there is the reason which causes burnout in the workplace such as exhaustion, ineffectiveness in the workplace,  or chronic negative response to workplace

people often bit confused about burnout or struggle, they lie that they are  struggling but the actual truth is adverse from this, it has been inculcated in there mind that if they clear what they are currently doing they will become fine like normal 

some lie that you might be telling to yourself:

  • I’m fine

  • I’m happy with my job

  • I’m just fatigued

  • people are depending on me

  • I just want to be helpful

  • if I take a vacation, I’ll be alright

and here is the sign that or symptoms that you may be experiencing during burnout

  • Fatigue

  • reduce in energy level 

  • headache

  • lover motivation 

  • suspiciousness

  • lower motivation 

  • frustration

dominating boss:-


it is saying that: “people don’t quite there job they quit their bosses “

it’s proven that most of the individual are not like their boss, people often complain that their boss is overcompensating or stubborn and her bossy personality makes it more difficult  to work with them 

her dominating trait always shows up in the form of a practical nurse intolerance and unrealistic experience for his employee, if you are working for this type of boss, at least once you have thought to quit the job

Effect of bad bosses in a life:

  • The feeling of inferiority complex

  • Not able to share your opinions

  • Not  find the work which you are interested to do

Bullies:

when I say bully, it does not mean like in school they are the people few often meet in our different areas of life this people get angry or become abuse for small reasons if you are working in industry or a company I am well sure you have already confronted with them it often seems difficult to deal with them in the workplace

  • Due to their abusive nature always feel and safe around them

  • These are the people who always disrespecting others

  • They also became the reason for quitting jobs

Insufficient wages:

every year the world economy is increasing on a much higher rate and its effect can be seen on the inflammation also 

if you are doing the job for improving our financial condition or for your basic needs but if your job isn’t paying you sufficient to meet your needs then it is the matter for concerning

  • Always stressed for paycheck life

  • Always concerned about financial problems

  • Hard to find happiness

Discrimination and bias:

Now we are living in the 21st century but it’s also supposed the only man can dominate in the workplace, however, many employees are complained to have injustice with them in a biased perspective

if you are also facing like this then you are not alone this is our society believes that has made like that

  • Not getting the right opportunity for growth

  • Feeling of injustice

  • Not find the freedom in the workplace

More work and less time:

How often you have felt that your to-do list is much higher than your time, if you are experiencing this then you are not alone is the most experienced emotion in the workplace which always became the causes of frustration towards work additionally you feel demotivated 

  • It brings stress in life

  • The feeling of the motivation towards work

  • More work leads to more fatigue

Lack of motivation and engagement:

in a study of Harvard University found that nearly 34% of employee shows engagement towards their work and remaining are still faces lower motivation and engagement additional the stress level in workers Shown to be high

  • It affects our social life

  • Always concerning about family problems

  • Lack of motivation leads to chronic disease

Politics in office:

the office is the place where people of different perspective, experiences, and knowledge accumulate, and this uniqueness affect their work positive as well as negative we all want to be respected by others but their different interest create difficulties towards their workplace 

And It is hard to agree on an individual’s  opinion perspective which brings the politics in the workplace

Effect of politics in office:

  • The workplace became more frustrating

  • Difficult in work with coworkers

  • Sometimes it creates the fighting scenes in the office

Lack of growth:

If you are a type of person who you always try to improve yourself and always looking for growth in the workplace so this might be torturing for you to work in a job where you don’t find yourself  improving 

I know sometimes it’s difficult to take any decision to quit or not but before quitting your job you have to make sure your financial condition is well enough

The problem you might face in this type of job:

  • No improvement means no uniqueness

  • The feeling of wasting your time

  • Sometimes it’s frustrating yourself

So these are some major problem that every individual face in their workplace, however, we can’t remove all the problem that we are facing but we can implement some useful tactics that reduce the impact of causes

And that thing which I want to share with you is “mindfulness” it’s a great way to deal with painful emotions, daily practice of mindfulness can dramatically change the one’s life it is scientifically proven that practicing mindfulness for 30 days increase the workplace productivity up to 30%

It is said that “if you want to change the world then you first change yourself

It is nearly relevant to our situation because we can’t change the external things that are out of control but we can make our self strong so it does not affect us much
