Many people want to do meditation regularly to become fit and healthy

But due to work lode or family responsibility they don’t get time to do it, and they glad to hear that many people who don’t have time to do meditation , can actually doing  meditation for short while
Now they are thinking like ‘ is it good to do short meditation’ ‘ does it help me or not

Guide meditation five minutes

Before we talk about this , I would like to clear that meditation is not only about sitting in a position or focusing somewhere 
The hole concept of meditation  can be defined as ” self awareness” 
Yes you read  right,  everyone practice meditation  or think it will benefit to us 
And that’s true , it will help but the main aim of doing meditation is that,  it will help us  to became aware of own self
According to physiologist most of the human  are not aware of themselves and they are in autopilot mode
It means our brains is smartly doing all the things and we even don’t notice that
Example:- Suppose you are  doing your work like daily but have you ever notice that you are doing this without thinking,
Here’s the catch when you are doing your work , your  brain is constantly thinking something else
I know you don’t even  noticed that, just try to remember any moment when you doing something 
Now you might be thinking  ‘ so what’ it’s our brains and he is thinking

Let me tell you in short,it’s our thoughts  which is the main reason for anxiety or depression in our life
So how can we deal with that, let me come to our main topic meditation, it is the biggest miracle  that it comes in human civilization
I already told you that  meditation is a state, where we aware of our inner self, as much we aware in life the more Happy and  focus we become
Example:- the famous Martial artist or actor Bruce Lee bellowed before delivering a  lethal blow , he was  not just  making  noice to terrify his opponent 
The great breath behind the shout  sharpened his sense and primed his body for strike
As from the above example it is clear that   Breath is the main component for awareness,
We often here from many people that  we have  to always take longer breath the normal, but how much of as actually did  I thought maximum 5 percent
According to a study of 2018 scientist  mistakely  found that , in our brain stamp which join our brain and spinal cord
Contain a net of neurons called ” Breath pace maker”  whenever we took shorter breath, it send singnal to our brains 
That something is wrong so that brain send singnal to heart to pump fast , this can causes many problem like blood pressure
Now the question is  that how can we aware of breath

Breathing practice

As you know breathing is the major component for awareness 
So in this post I will share two breathing meditation technique which you can do in 5 minutes
When a question asked to the NEAVY SEALS how you remain calm in a dangerous situation
He said when we are getting training , the first thing  we learn is BOX breathing, it is really easy and powerful techniques
It will help to remain aware of yourself even in difficult situation
Now you are thinking like how can we do box breathing if it is easy then why  it’s not thoughts in school or yoga classes
Box breathing, yogic breathing, Belly breathing, meditation 5 minutes,
Box breathing
So as from the name it is clear that  box breathing is related to  box 
Yes, it has four sides and each side indicate some practice
First side indicate to take  breath up to 4 second long, and second side indicate to hold your  breath inside, third side indicate to exhale up to 4 second and fourth side indicate to hold your breath outside for 4 second
Now reapet  all the practice for 5 minutes , you can do this practice anywhere  you want , just sit down  and practice this 
You can also  do Visualisation Wich it  like when you  inhale  say like ” I’m becoming more  energetic ” while exhaling ” I’m becoming  more relax and clam

Yogic breathing

Yogic breathing is also called , belly breathing or stomach breathing they are used as synonymously 
 Our breath is directly  connected to our brains like different organ , all together work like system 
If we try to manipulate one thing other will also  affect  by it
Example:- when we do shallows , it get singnal to our brains that our body didn’t getting enough oxygen 
Then brain send singnal to heart to pump more blood so that our heart beat increase and  we feel tense all time
So how can we  practice yogic breathing
Firstly you have to sit in a comfortable position and keep your spine straight and took breath from your belly
Example:- 
  When you are inhaling firstly fill your stomach then chest , and release the air firstly from chest then stomach
Practice this breathing meditation for for 5 minutes, breath in up to 3 second and breath out up to 3 second
You can also do this in pre bed time for more deep sleep
Or in the morning , it will keep you energetic all time and focused to your work
