The simple answer to the question is that you won’t see a huge benefit from this. You see meditation as it solves all your problems and you don’t have to do anything


Let’s say you are sitting for dinner, in the dining table and your favorite food is put in front of you and you have to eat that but without touching them at all 
Are you able to eat that without touching them
 When you don’t touch your food or put it in your mouth how can you able to eat that But when you touch your food and ate that, throw your hand or spoon then your hunger will vanish

So in this case, your hand and spoon are like meditation when you don’t try to solve your problem than how it can benefit you

 when you see yourself like I had also achieved many things in life and needs some hard work to achieve more
The only thing mindfulness meditation does is it changes the perspective of seeing the world
Mindfulness meditation helps your brain to see the world clearly as they are it helps our brain to identify which type of emotions or thoughts are good for us by providing a sense of awareness

How quickly mindfulness work

It depends on your goal what you want from meditation It doesn’t mean, how much you practice if you are doing it and skip it for some days and again do it and again skip then it would not work for you

Why mindfulness meditation not seeing the benefit

Let’s understand through an example
There are two-person Neil and sem they both work in sim office both of them are really hardworking
But this month both of them getting more and more pressure due to their workload
Sunil decided to practice mindfulness every day and sem also practice it
Neel practice 30 minutes every day, but only practice meditation once or twice in a week After 2 weeks ago Neel found himself that he can easily manage their emotional pressure,




 but some really get discharge because he is practicing forcibly or incorrectly What happened is that when you’ll start practicing mindfulness it starts releasing Mental baggage from the mind, that has Caught him like a prisoner
So in first-week practice mindfulness is brain open all the block and her thoughts and emotion  passes through that Neel just noticed him all his emotions or body sensation so he gets success in managing the stress
But this same only practice for only two times in a week and her brain started throwing all her emotion and thought so he gets frustrated in life

Neel had patiently practiced mindfulness every day, but some did not you can think like that if you give to eat the food of holy week at one would you eat, practice is daily observing yourself you will find success in it

How does mindfulness feel like

Personally, it is really hard to explain how it feels when you practice is but for you all try it is my personal experience 



I had first started practicing mindfulness when I was 12 years old But in the beginning, I had also done this by skipping time to time it’s really hard for me


 at first, sometimes I noticed that my brain never stops thinking and deliberately showing all the thoughts and my bad emotions
I feel like I want to quit it, but after some time I again start practicing mindfulness and decided not to stop practicing
And now I feel like it’s giving me a huge benefit in my life, not from an external source it is from internal
    

what happens if you practice mindfulness three to four-month or a year

Let’s say you are practicing mindfulness daily for 20 minutes in the first week, it’s really interesting when you start noticing your thoughts


 Sometimes they are deliberately coming into your mind or sometimes you feel more relaxed than ever When it has three to fourmonth, you can see some little bit changes in your life like how your thinking process head change

How can you practice mindfulness
