- what is my last reaction? when I was angry,
- Is I am aware of what is going inside my mind

the smallest difference between both of them is that when your mind id full you can only see what is happening but when you are mindful you can clearly see why all this is happening
when I was a teenager I always try to do the different thing at once I like eating when I was watching movies or using mobile while studying
I always found difficulties in focusing on one in my brain things like endless machine
When I share my problem with my teacher he advised me to do one thing at a time
in beginning, it seems difficult but after one week I had seen some noticeable result in my life
This is how I took my first step in mindfulness for learning about this as much as I can
Is mindfulness good for mental health
Health is an important aspect of our life, physical health or mental health both are the wheels of a vehicle
if one gets damaged its effect was seen on the second one also so it is useful to keep the balance between them
If we talked about physical health then we have exercise but for mental health which will help or not is really confusing
there are lots of things you can do to become a mentally strong but mindfulness is the easiest way to become mindful
think about it again mental health and physical health are not the same mental health is the ability to control yourself in a tough situation
being calm and relax is one of the signs of good mental health

According to a study it is proven that people are struggling for good mental health nowadays
However low mental health causes stress and depression in life
but when we practice mindfulness it’s easy for us to understand which thoughts and emotion are good for us which can affect us deeply in life
