imagine if they all get the opportunity to cope with their problem, it seems to be a fantasy but, it can happen if all the kids get the training to fight with their problem in her childhood.

Before teaching mindfulness to kid it’s really important to practice this with your self when you know about this it’s easier for you to describe to children and help them in their mindfulness practice

  • Sit quietly and observe your physical sensation in your body and level them again notice you can ask your child to copy you.                                  
  • Whenever you feel upsetting events rises, pay attention to how your body feels        
  • When and happy movement rise pay attention to it how your body feels           
  • You can put notes around your house to recognize you to be mindful of the physical sensation in that movement

Clap focus

If you want to know what your attention can do by focusing on something create a sensation like clipping and see what happens how do your hand feels after clipping are they tingling do both of your hands feel same

   “You can help your child to focus by asking them how it feels when they clapping and say them to observe the sensation of both hands

Spotlight focus

Mindfulness is all about paying attention something our mind gets drifted and we start thinking about all sorts of things at once while practicing it will notice what our attention does and move it by choice like a spotlight

What you need:- small box, object of different textures

Fill the bag with t object having different textures each and ask your kids to guess the object without seeing to it

Feet, seat and hand practice

In this practice, you will learn to focus on different parts of the body

ask your child to sit on a chair and stamp for feed for the time it takes to breathe in and out then pause and noticed how their feet feel when they do this

Now say to your child to move side by side for 4 to 5 times and feel where they are sitting in the chair

Say to your kids to rub their hand gently until it gets warm

Now ask you are child which is the easiest spot for them to focus

Body breathes

Breath is always with you, use them or not it is the best way to get aware of ourselves

Breath deeply and put your palm on your ribs cage and see how it feel when you breath in your palm going up with ribs cage

Belly breathing:- put your palm on your stomach and breathe deeply feel your hands goes up when you taking a breath it’s like a balloon which is get blown and come back to normal size

Take a walk

going for a walk is the best way to become mindful, when we go for a walk like in a forest try to notice all the things around you like trees, the texture of leaves, birds, river, lakes in all sorts of things

Try to smell the things around you like how you feel when you taking cool and pure air

Your sense of touch gives you a piece of information about the temperature around your circumstances

Glitter jar

There is time come in everyone’s life when our thought and emotion gets stirred up and this makes it hard to think clearly, glitter jar can be a tool to help you to settle your feeling

What you need:- water, an empty jar with lid, crafts Glue, glitter ( different sizes work best )

Pour water into the jar and add a big squeeze Glu, this will make your glitter swirl around and settle slowly

add glitter to the jar it might flood at first but don’t worry different color represent different emotions

Put the lid on tightly and gently shake your jar what’s the glitter gets stirred up

what’s the glitter as it falls how many outbred does it take for the glitter to settle

Completely

anytime you feel stirred up shake the jar and patiently watch the glitter fall how do you feel when the glitter settle

Plant a seed

Just as a seed changes into the plant in different ways, speed, it needs the patience to grow a seed into a plant, with full care and support

What you need:- a plant pot with holes for water to drain away, a dish with slides, pebbles, soil, seed, water

Put the pot in the dish and add a few pebbles to cover the whole this will stop the soil from falling out

Fill your pot with soil and make a hole in it with your fingers, drop a seed and cover it with enough soil that you can’t see it anymore

Water the seed and then place the pot somewhere sunny 

Check your seeding every day, this is a great time to practice mindfulness for few minutes, try to notice any small changes each time you observe it, eventually, you might need to put it in a bigger pot
