How can I shut my brain off and become completely free from anxiety?

I want to shut my brain off and be completely free from anxiety.

I understand how you feel when your brain repeatedly thinks  “why you are not succeeding in life”

 “Everyone has a great life except you” 

“how badly I have suffered in my past”

This kind of stuff sounds really harsh and is always ready to break ourselves completely.

Well honestly speaking, there is no way you can shut your brain off completely. But listen, I had a great solution for this: you can reduce anxiety without shutting your brain off. Sounds great!

Before understanding this, let’s first understand how anxiety affects you deeply.

Well, I am sure you’re thinking, nothing bad can happen just like you are facing. but this was only the one aspect you have seen. However, there are lots of people you probably have seen. They are suffering a lot in their lives.

Can you imagine how they felt when their parents passed away, how they felt when they lost their job leaving him hopeless in life?

Can you feel their emotional baggage, how were they able to overcome their anxiety of losing their parents or how they survived when they lost their job while their financial condition was not resting safely?

 the term anxiety can feel common for you but did you ever see the power of anxiety? Taking the lives of Innocence. their only fault was that they had faced some difficult situations in their life which would affect them badly.

I’ll share some of the easy technique which suits everyone but exceptional is also so there

Don’t take seriously all the things

 By not taking it seriously I mean to be a fun full person, try to find happiness in every small thing I know becoming a lightweight person in life is not easy for anyone because life always throws you in difficult situations. but when you stop taking things seriously you can find happiness everywhere you want.

Start tracking your life

 when you start tracking your life you become aware where you putting your most of the time and how can you optimize that properly one thing I want to share with you don’t let yourself completely free mostly anxiety or depression came when you are free or doing nothing try to learn new skills to optimize your time well I don’t mean to stop enjoying your life or taking time to relax, just don’t waste your time.

Express gratitude every day

 This is the most powerful technique you can implement in your life to overcome your anxiety. Expressing gratitude towards life is not a common thing that can impact you deeply. If you express thankfulness to life, it will help you to feel inner peace. you can also visualize it, it is also the form of expressing gratitude

You can visualize anytime you want but the morning or before bedtime is great for anyone who wants to express thankfulness for life.

Just close your eyes and say I am accepting myself as I’m, now express thankfulness for all the things that you own in life. Say I am thankful for all the things being with me.

You can also write your thoughts in your personal diary.

 mindfulness breathing is a basic technique to help Being in the present moment.you can practice this anywhere you want if you feel stressed or frustrated just shift your attention towards your breath and see the natural rhythm of the breath see how you deeply inhaling or exhaling at a time this will make you aware of yourself so if anxiety stress try to enter within you you become aware of that and act accordingly

 A body scan is also a great way to heal your body and remove anxiety and stress, the only thing you have to do is observe your body sensations and how you feel when a certain emotion is evoked within you. where this emotion is coming and where it’s going just observe all your sensation

Moment meditation

 Moment meditation is like taking a break from your busy life and stretching yourself or feeling the presence of nature. going to a forest walk and observing all the things that are happening like birds are chirping, trees leaves are falling on the ground, everything else you can observe this is a great way to make yourself free from all the tension and anxiety.

But wait if you want more than that, then I had tried my best answer this

so, first of all, I want you to know anxiety is really important for us to live a happy life. But in a small quantity, however, if you get over then that it causes the problem

Let’s consider you are living a stress-Free life, where you never ever feel any stressful situations

would you think you will be able to configure the difference between sadness for happiness

Never!

This is why anxiety or stress is important in life; it makes you feel happy and sad and all the emotions in life.

 the situation means how much deeper you have caught in that, it’s not possible to remove this in a single day, because your mind was continuously recognizing you about your problem so it takes time
